Spencer’s Bucket List
Spencer Bunkall formerly a Gayton lad and who knew Megan, was diagnosed with a grade four glioblastoma multiforme brain tumour last year and has undergone surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. This life limiting illness means that Spencer wants to fulfill a wish list of things to do and places to see which is called his Bucket List. His main wish is to take his wife, Gemma and 4 year old daughter, Grace to Disneyland Paris to create life long memories for his daughter.

After we lost Megan we found the best way of coping was by channelling our thoughts and emotions into doing something positive for the local community in Megan’s memory.
Kye English
In March 2012 we heard about Kye’s greatest wish, which was to go on holiday with his family. Seven year old Kye English from Gayton, who Megan knew from school, was diagnosed in July 2011 with a malignant brain tumour too large to be removed and who may have only two years to live.
